Spectrum CEO Receives International Award

On May 4, 1999, Rick Schultz, President and CEO of Spectrum Surgical Instruments, received the 1999 International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM) Award of Honor.  This award is presented to an outstanding individual who has accomplished exemplary achievements on behalf of the IAHCSMM.  Schultz was presented the award at the annual IAHCSMM conference in Philadelphia, PA.

Rick Schultz has lectured, consulted, educated, and entertained thousands of healthcare professionals throughout the United States.  Schultz is constantly promoting the highest standards and the proper care and handling of surgical instruments.  Schultz has proven his dedication by maintaining a regular schedule of lectures, training, and education on all facets of the maintenance of surgical instruments.

Along with his extensive lecturing schedule, Schultz receives continuing training and education in Germany to advance his knowledge on the care and handling of surgical instruments.
