- Item must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. Sterilized, taped, modified or abused items cannot be returned for credit.
- Customer is responsible for returning item(s) to Spectrum. IMS will issue UPS Call Tags and merchandise return labels if the return is a result of Spectrum's mishandling (shipping error, etc.).
- Credit will be applied to original method of payment for the order.
•After 30 days 25% restocking fee
•After 45 days 50% restocking fee
No returns accepted after 60 days.
Custom-made, modified, color-coded, etched, and specially sourced instruments are non-returnable.
In the event of a defective product, product must be reported to IMS within 10 days of receipt of goods or claim will not be honored.
